The architecture of the storage center for Swiss cultural artifacts follows its function quite strictly. The storage building, where over 800,000 Swiss cultural artifacts are stored, has no windows and is only open where necessary.
The gap that runs around the entire building represents the height profile of the Swiss border and, although not functional, is an exciting detail.
